SECTION 6 – DELIVERY
Subject to receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days..
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. SECTION 22 – RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days elapsed since your ORDER, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
The smart switches require to be connected to the Internet via WiFi and need to be installed by a qualified electrician. If they are not the warranty will be voided.
Once your return is received and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 10% Administration fee will be deducted.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
